If you were using the Media Hub app on the Samsung Galaxy S III and Samsung Galaxy Note II, you should have received an update the last time you opened the Media Hub app. Once you update, the Samsung Hub icon replaces the Media Hub icon
You can also download Samsung Hub directly from Google Play or via Samsung Apps, on your Galaxy S3 and Galaxy NoteII.
